Command centre software for body cam control and management

SecurSCAN PMedia Plus is the command centre software that brings together every body cam and docking station in service on a single platform. Installed on a PC or server, it allows command staff to follow field activity in real time, communicate directly with operators, and keep all the audiovisual material collected during service neatly organised.
It is designed for environments that require centralised coordination: law enforcement control rooms, security services for events, stadiums and nightlife venues, as well as the management of steward and security teams across multiple shifts.

Real-time monitoring and communication

From the command centre it is possible to follow up to 36 cameras at once, checking at any moment who is online, where they are and what they are recording. The software also includes tools for direct communication with operators in the field.

• Simultaneous live video streaming from multiple operators, with real-time GPS position display.
• Two-way audio communication with individual operators.
• Group talk (push-to-talk): one operator speaks and the whole group hears them in real time.
• Group SOS alert: if an operator presses the SOS button, the alert is sent to every colleague in the same group.
• Geofence: define an area on the map and, if the operator crosses it, an automatic alert is triggered both at the command centre and on the camera itself.
• Sending messages (text, photos, video) to one or more operators, with an assignable priority level.
• Remote camera control: taking a snapshot, starting/stopping video and audio recording, locking the device, restarting, shutting down, formatting the memory card and restoring factory settings, all remotely.

Managing the collected evidence

All the footage, photos and audio collected by the body cams and uploaded via the docking station flow into a centralised archive, where they can be searched, classified and managed in a structured way, with full traceability for every operation.

• Search, playback, editing and export of files uploaded from body cams or the docking station.
• Classification of footage by type of operation, with customisable tags.
• Access to each operator's GPS history, to reconstruct the route followed during service.
• Facial recognition with a watchlist (blacklist): the system compares faces captured by the camera against a pre-loaded database and automatically flags any matches, showing the original image, the captured image, and the date, time and location.

System administration and integration

The software also handles the organisational side — users, permissions, devices and activity records — ensuring precise control over who can access what.

• Management of roles and users with differentiated access levels.
